Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Bill Reid . I am a website promotion specialist, and one of the owners of BLM Traders a website promotion and automated marketing tools provider. How I Proved It Works

Here's what I did to check the claims of the manufacturer. First Step: Once the installation was complete, and with the device turned on, I took a simple stop watch (actually, I used the one that is provided as a tool in my cell phone), stood in front of the electric meter, then started timing the revolutions of the meter wheel as the little black mark was centered in the meter. With each succeeding revolution of the wheel I counted to the tenth revolution, then stopped the timer and made note of the elapsed time for the complete timing process for all ten revolutions.

Second Step: After making note of the elapsed time in Step One, I turned the device off at the electrical service panel where it is installed, then returned immediately to the electric meter and repeated the same exact process to obtain an elapsed time for 10 revolutions of the meter wheel without the benefit of the technology that this amazing product provides, and once complete, made note of the elapsed time for all ten revolutions of the meter wheel.

Third and Final Step: Armed with the two elapsed times for my "unscientific" test, I simply subtracted the smaller of the two elapsed times, which was the time obtained with the product turned off, from the larger of the two times, which was the time with the product turned on, then divided the difference into the larger elapsed time to obtain a fractional comparision or a percentage of the larger number which represents the saved amount of time or the percentage of time that the meter was slowed down from the original number.

The results from my tests and subsequent calculations seemed unbelieveable, so I repeated the process and double checked my calculations. I didn't make a mistake folks. On that day, with those numbers the meter had been slowed by an amazing 24%!
